Somehow between football and basketball season my squad has improved so much that I am hardly keeping up with their increase in skill level.  I had made up their competition routine however, they mastered all of the stunts that I had planned in their first week of practice.  The stunts would have been a challenge for them during football season...maybe they were holding out on me???

Either way, I had a pyramid/stunt sequence set up that ended in five stunt groups as follows

half - extended lib - half - extended lib - half

and my intention was for the two libs to tick tock.  They hit this on their first try.  None of my flyers are flexible enough to do heel stretches on their own so I was thinking of coming close by changing the libs heel stretches into the center half and have them tick tock to stretches to the outer halfs.  IS IT LEGAL TO TICK TOCK STRETCHES??  I am aacca certified and I see no mention of it in the guidelines but am worried about assuming its ok.  Please help!!

Thank you!

Whatever you do with the variation leg doesn't have to do with any stunting rules.  Be wary of rules regarding contact with bracers and the bracers having contact with the extended flyer.

It's legal, how you execute it with bracers and level changes is where it gets tricky. What level are you competing and with what company?
