Hello,
I am trying to start a booster club for the Varsity cheering squad. I have absolutely no clue where to start. I already have a couple of parents interested. I am trying to find sample letters and forms, really anything for inspiration and an idea of where and how to start.

Does anyone have any suggestions, samples, advice, etc?

Check the Parent's Corner area of the boards.  You'll be able to find some posts about booster clubs there.  There's even a booster club discussion area.
