Click on PROFILE above.  Then on the left under Modify Profile, click on Forum Profile Information.  You should see the upload option there.

Unfortunatly, probably not any time in the forseeable future.  People were embedding links and other information in them that was against the board rules, so we had to eliminate them.

I don't think there's any way to disable the code for the signatures since they are part of the boards.  Besides, people can still post a link that will appear in every one of their posts whether it's clickable or not.
