Is the following legal at the high school level?

The squad member begins to perform a basic front walkover.  However, the squad member ends the walk-over in a sitting position with one legs extended straight ahead and the other leg bent with the base of the foot on the ground.

In the walk-over, the bent leg's foot hits the ground first.  Then, the straight leg comes follows.  As the straight legs hits the ground, the squad members completes the walk-over by sitting on the ground.

Just checked with an AACCA certifier for our state, and she clarified the legality to this move.

Hands must be on the floor before the seat hits the floor.  So, if you begin the walk-over with hands, initiate the walk-over, foot lands, THEN hands again prior to the seat on the floor, this is a legal move at the high school level.
