mental block again...help please

ok so i've been doing my flip flop by my self for like 4 months with just a spot the first time
and then last week when i was getting ready to do them i just couldnt and i dont really know why
before i wouldnt do it cuz i didnt want to make my team but then i did it after i didnt make the team
and so now i stand there for like five minutes before realizing i can to it and then i have to ask for a spot
then i'll do like two by myself with the spot just standing there but then wont do any more
so i'd like help to get over my mental block again
