tryouts for the cheerleading squad are thursday (today's monday) and I still need help on getting my toe touch higher and on how to properly flip. I can do a cartwheel and a round off I guess.(the handstand and then flip myself over). any advice? and should I buy privates sometime this week(tuesday/wednesday)?
PLEASE HELP!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the chances of you greatly improving your jumps or tumbling in three days are very slim.  The best suggestions I can give you at this point are to stretch every day and practice the tumbling skills you already have solid so you can perform them well at tryouts.

Some stunts go wrong but we caught it no injuries

 For jumps practice straddle ups if you have access to a tramp practice jumping up and snapping your legs together on the way down.  T kicks same amount on each side and stretch stretch stretch.  Around the world motions while sitting on the floor or a chair may help too.  This is not something that a couple of days  will improve but over time it will.
