Hola!!  Hi everyone!! Hope you are doing great..

I´m seeking for some tips in basket tosses.  I am atempting my layout full, but still have no idea when to go to the craddle position.  I keep on landing standing up or keep spining into a 1 1/2 twist...  so I´m not doing neither 1 or 2 twists.  When I try 1 twist I land on my foot and when I achieve 1 1/2 I land without trying in a craddle position..  any tips in how can I land in the propper craddle position from 1 and 2 twists??

Thank you all!!!   Wink  It´s nice to be in touch with all of you from Mexico!!!

I can't help you but I am wondering if someone can help me too.  My flyer keeps twisting to one side when riding up.  we have checked that the bases are going the same speed but she still twists.  What can I do to get her to stop twisting?

Is it in a straight ride basket?  Is she just moving to one side?  Or is she actually twisting around somehow?

She is twisting some how.  I tell her ride like a pencil or banana but she still twists her upper body.

She needs to be pulling up through her shoulders and squeezing her entire body when she rides.  If she goes up loosely she's got a better chance of twisting or moving around.

You should make sure the flyer is getting into the right position on the net.  Maybe she has one foot a little more to the front than the other one.  Just check, sometimes it became dificult to placed feet in the exact position.

Hope this help for tonight practice!  =D
