I hate describing stunts, but I need some help/advice.  Do you think this is legal?

1. flyer in all girl elevator with NO backspot.  She is not braced.
2. Guy standing shoulder to shoulder beside (facing same direction as) outside elevator base.
3. Elevator bases dip, do a mini "show n go" and ONE foot of flyer transfers to guy, while original girl base becomes back spot.
4. Foot of flyer never leaves main bases hands, only the side base for.00001 second.
5. Guy receives flyer's foot, dips and presses up to single base lib.

My concern is the back spot rule. As soon as the side base releases her foot, she becomes the back spot.  Is that risky, or am I ok?

Since the main base never loses contact I would say you are safe.

I am trying to picture that in my head and I agree with Pauliana, from what I understand and am picturing.  What do you call the particular stunt/transition?

Thanks for your replies!  It's good to get feedback from other people.
I don't know what to call it other than a transfer.  I'm sure it's been done before, but I just came up with it to help in a transition for our competition routine.
